The tie clip is shiny, the material and workmanship are comparable to the price; I don't know if I would call it elegant precisely because of the finish; the clip latch is comfortable and holds well but it is bulky and unsightly, there was not the same sliding model for normal ties otherwise I would have taken that.

Looks very chic! At this price I can only recommend. I wear it with a uniform tie, doesn't look so conspicuous.
